NorthRoad Missions
NorthRoad is committed to answer the call of Matthew 28 to go and make disciples of Jesus Christ. We strive to reach people in our area, country, and the world as described in Acts 1:8.
Our Area | State
NorthRoad’s area goal is to adopt a local school and their teachers. We want to help provide school supplies that most teachers purchase out of pocket. Host and cater a dinner or lunch twice a year to bless teachers with supplies and aid. Our hope is to open doors to hear of students and families in need of help. Community Outreach is "others focused." We desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our local community. Throughout the year there are opportunities to serve with local nonprofit ministries, to go door-to-door sharing the Gospel (Saturate), and to participate in the annual Love Our City day, offering many one-day mission/service projects to meet needs of those in our community.
Our Country
This year, we are partnering with Crossway Camp just outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Crossway camp not only provides amazing summer camp experiences for children and teenagers, they really strive to reach the underprivileged. We are partnering with them to help with some building maintenance so that they can continue to reach young people with the Gospel.
Our World
NorthRoad, historically, has focused on the country of Guatemala in order to advance the Gospel in the world. This has been through two distinct partnerships; Ninos Amados (Children’s Home) and La Puerta/CCI (Church Plant and Training Center). Recently, we have identified another work that we are excited to add to our partnerships. This new work is called Land of Hope and it’s primary focus is to reach and help those living in the city dump in Escuintla, Guatemala.
